New Search and Rescue website by dotwall

Our new website is now live! We’re worked closely with Ben Wall at dotwall Website Design for our new look.

With an overhauled look and feel, we’re looking forward to using the new site in the future to share news, events and attract donations.

We’ve also recently linked up with Donorbox, which allows us to have a super-easy to use donation process, making one-off donations or a monthly contribution as easy as 1, 2 and 3.

Mobile First Design

One of the most significant pain points of our old website was that it was;t very mobile-friendly, and considering over 65% of our traffic is coming from mobile, we wanted to put this right. dotwall have ensured our new website is designed mobile-first, meaning the user experience is excellent on your mobile device.

The Queen's Award for Voluntary Service is the highest award given to local volunteer groups across the UK to recognise outstanding work done in their communities. It was created in 2002 to celebrate the anniversary of The Queen's coronation. It is the MBE for volunteer groups.

Leicestershire Search and Rescue are proud to have received this award.

Lowland Rescue consists of 36 affiliated search teams who are each an individual charity.
