Following on from our 2 day search in the Swinford area, we’d like to share a little bit more good news from the deployment.
During day 2 of the search, One of the foot teams came across an entirely different “Missing” Pair of individuals….
The team located a couple of Ewes that had escaped from a local field, and got themselves into a spot of bother in a local bog!
The team quickly sprang into action and carried out the necessary steps to save their lives.
The local farmer was contacted immediately, and the search teams handed over the very tired but grateful Ewes before continuing their search efforts.
