Leicestershire Search & Rescue (LeicSAR) have only been established for a short time and has had to be built from the ground up. We don’t receive any direct government funding and our charity work only gives us a small amount of our funding, therefore anything a business or person can help us with would be very gratefully received.
As a charity, we rely heavily on the generosity of the people who made all this possible. Without them giving to the team in the very early days, we wouldn’t be here now to perform the life-saving work offered by LeicSAR.
Any equipment someone may be willing to donate to us does not need to be new, we would be more than happy with used, clutter from the warehouse or ex-display units, anything as long as it functions. At present we still deploy using equipment donated by generous people, so anything you have to offer will make a difference.
Any donations you may be willing offer would make a massive difference to our team and the people we serve. It goes without saying LeicSAR are more than happy to place any person or business willing to help us as a sponsor on our website, Facebook and Twitter to aid your advertising and sales as a thank you for all your assistance.
We would like to thank the following organisations for their valued contributions or support offered to the team:
