community engage with public at Bradgate Park

The team were thrilled to engage with members of the public at Bradgate Park over the Easter weekend. You may have seen our vehicles situated around the Deer Barn cafe where the team took the opportunity to mingle with visitors to talk about what we do for the communities of Leicester, Leicestershire & Rutland. There was an opportunity to meet one of our amazing search dogs and handler Zsofi, try out your throwline skills and much more.

Our team really enjoyed the day which also has a serious element to it enabling us to strengthen bonds and promote safety awareness. We are regular users of the park and have an excellent working relationship with all the amazing staff who manage the stunning landscape. We would like to thank them all for their continued support.

If you think you have what it takes to join our team of skilled volunteers keep an eye on our social media channels for when recruitment opens later this summer.
